compliance, operations and finances. The research explored how leaders conceptualize their
strategic orientation towards the matter while governing a nonprofit organization. This article

profit organizations while ensuring the stakeholders are included at every phase. Article 2: Strategic Leadership for Nonprofit Organizations The article by Brown & Davis (2019) makes it clear that the strategic decision making
framework is specifically designed for assisting nonprofits to interpret their potential impacts
including the long term unintended outcomes. Strategic decision making in the case of non-
profit organizations assists in attaining a competitive edge while making it easy to attain the
social goals effectively. The article also discusses specific practice areas in non-profit

decisions along with their influence on the non-profit organization. Article 3: Governance Models in Nonprofit Management The article explained that a nonprofit governance model is pivotal in delegating how
individuals in different authoritative positions hold themselves responsible to various
stakeholders. The majority of the non-profit governance models concentrate on aspects
including integrity, ethics, and a responsible code of conduct for all volunteers, workers and
leaders. The article also compared governance models of different nonprofit organizations in
order to identify the common link. Hence, this article can help encouraging transparency and
accountability among nonprofit organizations. Article 4: Board Effectiveness and Nonprofit Performance
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS Effective boards in nonprofit organizations are responsible for creating inter-organizational

overall social impact of nonprofits. Hence, the article by Carter & Foster (2016) can play a
critical role in responding to societal issues while driving positive social change. Article 6: Ethical leadership in nonprofit governance

handling effective leadership structures that make sure that the organization operate in the
best interest of the beneficiaries. The concept of ethical leadership, which could be further
used to equip leaders to guide nonprofits in an effective manner, was explained in the article.
Article 7: innovative governance structures in nonprofit management

Transformational leaders inspire and motivate their followers to achieve exceptional results, whereas transactional leaders focus on setting clear expectations and rewarding performance. According to this theory, leaders should adapt their style based on the readiness or maturity level of their followers.
