Coaching Procedures: Set objectives: It begins by identifying the problem of Literacy among students. Encourage learners to develop the ability to read fluently, comprehend diverse texts, and extract meaning from written material by assisting them with their Literacy. Goal-setting statements examples: ● By the end of the academic year, I will improve my reading comprehension skills by regularly practicing close reading strategies and summarizing key points from various texts. ● Over the next six months, I will increase my vocabulary by learning and incorporating at least ten new words per week through reading, writing, and using them in everyday conversations. ● Within three months, I aim to enhance my writing proficiency by practicing different writing styles, such as persuasive, narrative, and expository, and seeking feedback to refine my compositions. ● By the end of the semester, I will strengthen my critical thinking skills by engaging in thoughtful discussions, analyzing diverse perspectives, and expressing my opinions coherently in writing. Planning and organizing:

Help students develop a research plan that details the procedures they will use to obtain information and perform their study. Aid students in locating reliable information sources, such as government publications, environmental groups, and scientific journals. Encourage pupils to plan their research efforts on a schedule to manage them efficiently. Advise on how to organize your research materials and take notes. Give an example of a research plan template with sections for research topics, methodologies, data collecting, and a timeframe. Investigating and Assessing: Reading Assessments: Standard reading assessments measure decoding, fluency, and comprehension skills. Additionally, employ informal assessments to gauge the ability to analyze and interpret different texts.
