Coaching Procedures: Set objectives: It begins by identifying the problem of Literacy among students. Encourage learners to develop the ability to read fluently, comprehend diverse texts, and extract meaning from written material by assisting them with their Literacy. Goal-setting statements examples: By the end of the academic year, I will improve my reading comprehension skills by regularly practicing close reading strategies and summarizing key points from various texts. Over the next six months, I will increase my vocabulary by learning and incorporating at least ten new words per week through reading, writing, and using them in everyday conversations. Within three months, I aim to enhance my writing proficiency by practicing different writing styles, such as persuasive, narrative, and expository, and seeking feedback to refine my compositions. By the end of the semester, I will strengthen my critical thinking skills by engaging in thoughtful discussions, analyzing diverse perspectives, and expressing my opinions coherently in writing.
