Annie Chambers Ketchum (18241904)
Ketchum, Mrs. Annie (Chambers). An American educator, lecturer, and miscellaneous writer; born in Scott County, KY, 1824; died on Jan. 27, 1904. She was principal of the high school for girls at Memphis, TN, 1855–58. She wrote: ‘Christmas Carillons and Other Poems’ (1888); ‘Nellie Braden,’ a novel; ‘Rilla Motto,’ a romance; etc.
