Vollmar, Georg Heinrich von (fōl’ṁr). A German socialist, agitator, and author; born at Munich, March 7, 1850; died in 1922. He wrote: ‘The Isolated Socialist State’ (1880); ‘The Next Task of the Social Democracy’ (1891); ‘On State Socialism’ (1892).
