Musick, John Roy. An American novelist and historian; born at St. Louis, MO, Feb. 28, 1849; died at Omaha, NE, April 14, 1901. Among his works may be named: ‘Calamity Row’ (1887); ‘Brother Against Brother’ (1887); ‘Mysterious Mr. Howard’; etc. He wrote a series of twelve American historical novels.
