Fanshawe, Anne Harrison, Lady. An English memoirist; born (Harrison) in London, March 25, 1625; died there, Jan. 30, 1680. Her admirably written and accurate observations of life and manners in many lands, preserved in ‘Memoirs,’ from which extracts have been published, are of historical value.
