Marie Rattazzi (18331902)
Rattazzi, Marie Studolmine de Solms (rä-täts’ē). A French novelist; born in London (or in Waterford, Ireland) in 1833; died in Paris, in 1902. Among her many novels, ‘The Marriages of the Creole’ and ‘If I Were Queen’ are the most popular. She edited several journals, and wrote poems and dramas.
